Ever since our foundation in 1922 in Wakayama as a company trading in dyes, we have fulfilled our corporate principles to “Build a prosperous company and contribute to society through sincere effort.” We have grown to become a dedicated trading company dealing mainly in chemicals, using our products to help build an abundant society. In 2022, we celebrated our 100th anniversary, something we could not have accomplished without the support of customers, suppliers, and all other stakeholders.

I believe that Okahata has proved its value as a dedicated chemicals trading company, thanks in no small part to our amazing employees. We want to continue providing value to society over another 100 years by being a dedicated trading company whose now and future employees take on challenges and achieve growth through their boundless exuberance.
